Our Services

LeadWise Connect provides digital marketing, website, lead generation, and automated communication services for local service contractors. Specific deliverables, fees, and terms for client engagements are set out in separate agreements or order forms between you and us.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

LeadWise Connect operates text messaging programs on behalf of contracting businesses. The following terms apply:

• Program description. When you submit a request or booking on a LeadWise Connect–powered form or booking page and opt in, you may receive appointment and request confirmations and related service messages, sent by LeadWise Connect on behalf of the business you contacted.
• Opt-out & help. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or email hello@leadwiseconnect.com.
• Frequency & rates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful purpose, to send unsolicited or non-consensual messages, to infringe the rights of others, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems. You represent that you have a lawful basis and any required consent for any contact data you provide to us.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and materials on this website are owned by or licensed to LeadWise Connect and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them without our written permission.

Disclaimers

Our Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific marketing results, rankings, or lead volumes except where expressly stated in a signed agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadWise Connect and Lavish Bookings LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
