Google Business Profile management

LeadWise Connect is software for home service contractors — HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, landscaping and similar trades. It is operated by Lavish Bookings LLC. Contractors use it to run the customer-facing side of their business: their website, their customer list, the calls they miss, and their presence on Google.

This page explains the part of the product that connects to your Google Business Profile, what it does on your behalf, and exactly which data it touches.

What the app does

Keeping a Google Business Profile active is simple work that nobody has time for between jobs. LeadWise Connect does it for you, on a schedule, with your approval:

• Answers your reviews. When a customer leaves a review, we draft a reply in your voice that responds to what they actually said, and post it once it’s approved.
• Publishes posts to your profile. Updates about work you do, written from your own website and the photos your crew uploads.
• Adds photos. Job photos your team sends in go onto the profile with proper descriptions.
• Keeps your details right. Categories, services, service area, hours and description — set up properly and kept current.
• Shows you how it’s working. We read your profile’s performance data — how many people saw it, called, or asked for directions — and report it back to you.

What we access, and why

When you connect your profile, you grant LeadWise Connect permission to manage the Google Business Profile you select. We request a single permission scope, https://www.googleapis.com/auth/business.manage, and we use it only for the following:

• Read your business information, reviews, photos, posts and performance metrics, so we can show them to you and know what still needs doing.
• Write review replies, posts, photos and profile details — only for the profile you connected, and only the actions listed above.

We do not access Gmail, Google Drive, Google Ads, Search Console, contacts, or any Google data outside the Business Profile you connect. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to train anything.

You stay in control

• Nothing publishes without approval by default. Drafted replies and posts wait for your okay — by email or in your dashboard — and anything you skip simply never goes out.
• You choose what runs by itself. You can let routine replies send automatically and keep anything sensitive under review.
• You can disconnect at any time, from your LeadWise Connect settings or from your Google Account permissions page. Revoking access stops all activity immediately. Anything already published stays on your profile, and you can edit or delete it in Google as normal.

Our commitments on reviews

We follow Google’s review policies. We ask every customer for a review the same way — we do not screen customers by how happy we think they are, we do not route unhappy customers away from Google, and we never offer anything of value in exchange for a review. Review replies are drafted individually for each review, never copied between them.

Privacy and data handling
