Coverage Snapshot

Two counties.
Twenty-four cities.

The radius is deliberate. Beyond 35 minutes from our base, response times slip and our pricing model breaks (we'd have to charge trip fees that we'd rather not charge). Inside the radius — no trip fees, no fuel surcharges, same dispatched crew across every neighborhood.

Coverage FAQ

Common questions about
service areas.

If your city isn't on the list, give us a call — we sometimes do edge-city work for repeat customers, but we won't promise same-day response outside the radius.

I'm in Sarasota / Bradenton / Lakeland. Do you come out?

For one-time large removal or crane work — sometimes, with a trip fee. For ongoing maintenance or storm response — no, we'd rather refer you to a good local ISA arborist than over-promise. We have referral relationships in Sarasota (call us, we'll connect you), Bradenton, and Lakeland.

Do you do commercial tree work?

Yes — small-to-medium commercial. HOAs (we have 14 on annual contracts), apartment complexes, restaurant outdoor spaces, light-industrial properties. We don't pursue large municipal contracts or big-box retail (that's a specialized commercial trade and we'd rather refer you to companies that focus on it).

What's your real storm response time?

For existing maintenance customers during named hurricane events: same-day to next-day. For new customers calling cold during a named event: typically 4-7 days, sometimes longer if we're slammed. For non-storm urgent work (hazardous tree, tree on a structure outside of hurricane season): 24-48 hours.

Trip fees? Fuel surcharges?

No trip fees anywhere inside our published coverage. No fuel surcharges. The estimate quoted on-site is the price on the invoice. Outer-radius work (Sarasota/Bradenton case-by-case) does include a documented trip fee, disclosed before the visit.

Insurance claims — do you bill the insurance directly?

For storm damage covered by homeowners' insurance, yes. We work with State Farm, Citizens, Allstate, USAA, Travelers, Universal, Tower Hill, Heritage, and most other carriers in Tampa Bay. Photos and damage assessment to your adjuster within 24 hours of dispatch. We coordinate repair timing with claim approval.
