Tell us about your pool. Within four hours during weekday operations, Maya (or Daniel for technical questions) will call you back, ask the diagnostic questions over the phone, and send you a fixed monthly quote — plus a scheduled first visit if you want to move forward.
If you don't see your question here, just call us — Maya will answer it on the phone in less time than it takes to type it into a contact form.
Standard residential weekly maintenance starts at $165/month for an average Tampa Bay pool (15,000-25,000 gallons, screen-enclosed, no spa, salt or chlorine). Larger pools, attached spas, water features, or unscreened pools (more leaf debris) add to the price. We send a fixed monthly quote based on your specific pool — what you see is what you pay, no chemistry surcharges or fuel fees.
For weekly maintenance, the standard onboarding is seven days — quote sent within four business hours of your form submission, scheduling call within 24 hours, first visit within seven days of accepting. For green-to-clean rescue or active equipment failure, we can usually have someone there within 24-48 hours.
No — never. Monthly billing, cancel anytime with one phone call, no fees, no last-month-of-service trick. We don't believe in 12-month auto-debit contracts because they punish customers who try to leave and they let companies get lazy on customers who can't. We earn the next month every month or we don't deserve it.
Florida pools don't really need full weekly service November through February when the water's too cold to swim. We offer a reduced off-season rate ($85/month) that covers bi-weekly chemistry checks and equipment monitoring, then resume full weekly service in March when temperatures come back up. About 30% of our customers use the off-season tier.
Diagnosis is included for active weekly customers — your technician troubleshoots issues during regular visits at no extra cost. Actual repairs (parts and labor) are billed separately, but at parts-at-cost plus flat labor — not the marked-up parts pricing you'd get from a national chain. We show you the parts receipt on every repair invoice. Most weekly customers report repair pricing 30-50% cheaper than competitive quotes.
Yes. Pools with attached spas add modest cost ($25-$45/month) because spa chemistry is more sensitive (smaller water volume, higher temperature, faster contamination). We balance the spa separately on every visit and check the heater function. Spa-only service available as well, but most spa customers also have a pool.
