If you can't sit on your patio after 5pm from May to October, you don't have a mosquito problem — you have an ecosystem problem. We treat the breeding zones, not just the air. Backpack misting on the underside of bushes, low foliage, retention pond edges, anywhere the females rest during the heat of the day.

Tampa's rat is the roof rat — not the Norway rat you see in northern cities. Roof rats don't burrow; they climb. They run power lines, oak branches, palm-tree trunks, and they enter through soffit gaps the size of a quarter. Bait alone never works. They die in your wall cavity and the smell takes six weeks to clear.
Our protocol: snap traps in the attic and accessible crawl spaces (we monitor weekly), then we close every entry point. Soffit vents, fascia gaps, dryer vents, A/C line penetrations, roof seams. Hardware cloth and copper mesh, not foam. Then we pull the contaminated insulation if it's bad enough and replace it.

Bed bug heat treatment.
Bed bugs in 2026 are largely resistant to pyrethroid sprays. Chemical treatment alone takes 3 to 5 visits and often misses egg cases. Heat doesn't. We bring the affected room to 135°F for a sustained 90 minutes — every life stage dies, including eggs, in one visit. Most jobs done in a single day.
