Is the inspection actually free, or is there a catch?

It is genuinely free. We block 45 minutes for a thorough perimeter and interior walk-through, take photos, and send you a written diagnosis with a treatment quote. If you decide not to use us, we leave. There is no fee, no callback, no aggressive follow-up. About 30% of our inspections do not convert to treatment, and that is fine — that is the cost of doing diagnostics honestly.

How quickly can you actually get out here?

Inspection inside 4 business days is our standing commitment. Often we get out within 48 hours. If you have an active infestation — visible termites swarming, roach activity in food areas, rats running through the kitchen — we triage same-day. Just say so when you call.

Are the chemicals you use safe for kids and pets?

Every formulation we apply inside the home is rated for residential occupied-structure use with the proper re-entry interval. For most treatments that re-entry interval is "after the product dries" — typically 1 to 2 hours. For thermal bed bug treatment, you are out of the room for the duration of the heat cycle. We can show you the product label and SDS sheet for anything we are about to apply.

If you have specific concerns — pregnancy, infant, immune-compromised household member, exotic pets — tell Elena when you call. We have lower-toxicity options for nearly every common pest situation and can adjust the treatment plan.

Do you require a long-term contract?

Never. Every service is per-visit. Quarterly is paid quarterly. Cancel anytime, skip months, switch back later. We do not believe in 12-month auto-debit contracts because it teaches the company to under-serve customers who are locked in. We have to earn your next visit every time we show up.

What if the pests come back after treatment?

That is what the warranty is for. Termite work carries a 7-year renewable warranty — pests come back in that window, we treat at no additional charge. General treatment carries a 30-day callback warranty for the same reason. Quarterly customers get free re-treatment between scheduled visits anytime activity returns. The warranty terms are printed on every invoice — no fine print, no hidden carve-outs.

Can I get a quote over the phone?

For simple jobs (one-time roach treatment, mosquito plan, quarterly defense), Elena can quote you on the phone within 5 minutes. For termites, rodent exclusion, or bed bug heat treatment, we have to inspect first — the price genuinely depends on what we find. Sight-unseen termite quotes are how customers get over-charged or under-treated, and we will not do them.
