Logic board diagnosis, transmitter reprogramming, RF sensor replacement. Motor's grinding? Capacitor swap usually solves it; if it's the gear, that's a $40 part plus labor.

Off-track repair.
Cable snapped on one side and the door went sideways. Hit by a vehicle backing out. Came home from work to find one side of the door three feet out of the track from a windstorm. We straighten bent tracks (or replace if too compromised), pull the door back into alignment, replace cables in pairs, swap out damaged rollers, rebalance the springs.
About 80% of off-track jobs done in under two hours on the first visit. The 20% that take longer are usually because the door panels themselves got bent in the original incident — those need either panel replacement or, in worst cases, full door replacement, which we'll quote honestly on the spot.

We match by manufacturer, color (paint codes), gauge, and panel pattern.

Annual tune-up.
Florida is the worst possible climate for garage door hardware. Humidity, salt air (within 5 miles of the coast), pollen buildup, summer heat, hurricane season debris. An annual maintenance visit catches the failure that's about to happen and adds 3-5 years of service life to a properly maintained system.
What we do every visit: lubricate springs and hinges with manufacturer-approved garage door lube (not WD-40 — never WD-40), tighten every bolt, balance the door manually, test the opener safety reverse against a 2x4 (Florida code requires this annually), inspect the weatherstripping at the bottom seal, look for early signs of cable fray. About a third of our tune-up visits identify a part that's about to fail; we replace on the spot or schedule a follow-up.
