Five trucks running daily routes across Tampa Bay. For active emergencies, we dispatch the closest truck — usually 60-180 minute response during business hours. No trip charges anywhere in our published coverage zone, no fuel surcharges, no after-hours upcharges before 7pm.
We made the deliberate decision to stay regional rather than scale to a multi-county franchise. Going wider means longer drive times, less truck-stocking efficiency, and — most importantly — we lose the ability to do same-day emergency service. We hold the radius at 35 minutes from our Tampa shop and our St. Petersburg satellite location.
If your city isn't on the list, give us a call — sometimes we route to edge cities for new install work even when we don't run emergency repair routes there.
For one-time work like a new install or panel replacement, often yes — give us a call and we'll be honest about whether the schedule works. For active emergencies (broken springs, off-track doors), we keep the radius tight on purpose. Beyond a certain drive time we can't promise the same-day response that's the whole reason customers call us. We'll refer you to a good local company before we'll over-promise and under-deliver.
Yes — small commercial. Single-bay shops, restaurant back-of-house roll-ups, light industrial properties under 14ft door height. We don't pursue large warehouse or distribution-center work — that's a specialized commercial trade and we'd rather refer you to companies that focus on it.
For broken springs and off-track emergencies during business hours (7am-7pm Mon-Sat): 60-180 minutes typical, occasionally faster if a truck is already in your zone. After hours and Sundays: emergency response with a small surcharge ($85), available for genuine emergencies (door stuck open, security issue) but not for "I noticed a problem on Sunday and want to get it handled today."
No trip charges anywhere inside our published coverage map. The price quoted on the phone is the price on the invoice, regardless of whether you're in South Tampa or Wesley Chapel. We build routing efficiency into our pricing model, not into per-visit invoices.
Yes. Tampa Bay gets enough hurricane season damage that we're set up for direct insurance billing and adjuster coordination. We send photos and damage assessment within 48 hours of dispatch, communicate directly with your adjuster, and coordinate repair timing with claim approval. Familiar with most major carriers — State Farm, Allstate, Citizens, USAA, Travelers, Universal.
Call us for emergencies, fill the form for non-emergency work or quotes. Linda answers the phone in business hours, not a robot.
