Interior, exterior, cabinets, decks, pressure wash prep, hurricane repaint. The same lead foreman is on your project from estimate through final walkthrough. Two-coat minimums. Real surface prep. Premium paint only. Five-year color warranty in writing.
Standard interior repaint is three days on-site for a typical 1,800-2,400 sq ft home. Day one is prep — masking, drop cloths, patching nail holes and drywall damage, sanding, priming bare patches and drywall repairs. Day two is paint — two coats minimum, cut-in then roll, ceilings first if included. Day three is touch-up, walkthrough, color-card delivery.
What we use: Sherwin-Williams Cashmere or Emerald (interior premium lines), Benjamin Moore Regal Select or Aura. We do not push the contractor-grade discount paint that "covers in one coat" — it doesn't, and it fails in two years. The 18% premium for premium paint is what hits the five-year color warranty.
Full house exterior is 4-7 days depending on size and condition. Always starts with a pressure wash — Florida pollen, mildew, salt residue near coastal homes — none of it bonds to the existing paint, but new paint won't bond to it either. Then prime bare wood, scrape any peeling existing paint, caulk gaps, repaint with a UV-stable exterior premium line.
Florida UV destroys cheap exterior paint in 18 months. We use Sherwin-Williams Resilience or Emerald exterior, Benjamin Moore Aura exterior — paints engineered for high-UV climates with 25-year manufacturer warranties. Our 5-year color warranty is the labor side; the paint manufacturer's warranty covers the product.
The right way to refinish kitchen cabinets: doors and drawer fronts removed, hauled to our shop, sprayed in a controlled dust-free booth, dried under climate control, returned and re-hung. Boxes scuff-sanded in place, primed, sprayed on-site (we tent the kitchen and exhaust the area). Hardware re-attached with new screws. Three-week turnaround.
What you don't want: brush-painted cabinets done in your kitchen. Brush marks always show in raking light, the finish never cures hard enough to resist nicks, and the kitchen is unusable for a week. The shop-spray process is what gets the factory-finish look that lasts.
Wood decks in Florida are unforgiving — UV bleaches the surface, afternoon thunderstorms swell and shrink the boards, and a south-facing deck can lose its finish in 18 months. We strip the existing finish if there is one (chemical strip or sand depending on condition), sand smooth, then apply a penetrating stain that bonds to the wood rather than sitting on top.
Penetrating stain options: solid (full color, hides grain — best for older damaged decks), semi-transparent (shows grain through tinted finish — best for newer decks), or natural (clear protective finish — best for ipe and other premium hardwoods). Pressure-treated, cedar, ipe, and composite (yes, composite can be re-stained).
Standalone pressure wash service when you want to clean the house, driveway, pool deck, or patio without committing to a full repaint. Two methods: soft-wash for delicate surfaces (cedar siding, painted aluminum, screen enclosures, roofs — uses low-pressure detergent rather than high-pressure water), high-pressure for concrete and masonry (driveways, pool decks, paver patios, brick walls).
Eco-friendly biodegradable detergents that won't harm landscaping or pool chemistry. Drainage-aware on storm drains — we don't blast contaminated runoff into the city system. Most homes can be done in a single day. Often paired with exterior repaint as the prep step, but offered standalone for customers who just want the cleaning.
Post-storm exterior repaint after a named hurricane. Wind-driven rain forces water behind paint and lifts whole sheets off Florida stucco and siding. The damage usually shows up 2-4 weeks after the storm — that's when it stops looking like surface debris and starts looking like a $12K paint job.
We work directly with insurance adjusters on storm claims (State Farm, Citizens, USAA, Tower Hill, most Florida carriers). Photos and damage assessment delivered to your adjuster within 48 hours of dispatch. Existing maintenance customers get priority scheduling — typically on-site within 5 days of named-storm activation. New customers calling cold during a storm typically wait 3-4 weeks.
There's no honest way to quote painting from photos. Marco or Tessa will come out, walk the house, identify prep work needed, and write the estimate on-site. Same-day response on form submissions during business hours.
