I cut grass for twenty years. I know what good looks like.

I started Greenwell in 2005 with one truck and a push mower. First three yards were neighbors in Hyde Park. Two of them still hire us. That's the part people don't talk about in this business — the ones who stay.

Today we're eleven people. Me, three FCLP-certified designers, six crew leads, and my sister Carol running the office. We cap our maintenance roster at 240 properties because past that, the quality slips. We'd rather turn work away than show up and half-ass it.

If you want the cheapest quote in Tampa, there are fifty companies who'll undercut me. If you want a crew that actually shows up, on time, with the right equipment, for twenty years straight — that's what we do.

Line-item proposal — labor, materials, phasing if the budget needs it. Maintenance priced separately from install. Clear numbers.

Crew shows up

Lead foreman runs the site. Jobsite cleaned daily. Permits pulled where needed. Same start date we told you. No ghosting.

Weekly stewardship

If you want ongoing maintenance, we'll roll you into a route. Same day every week. Same crew. Updates via text. Easy billing.
