I started Watt & Co. in 2014 because I was tired of walking onto jobs where the last electrician had left exposed splices in the attic and a panel that looked like a bird's nest. That's not "old work." That's bad work.

I got my masters license at 29 after spending eight years with a commercial firm running service upgrades across the Bay. The thing I brought into Watt & Co. is simple — a panel should look like it was laid out by an engineer, not thrown together at 5:45pm on a Friday. Every wire routed cleanly. Every breaker labeled. Every junction box properly tight.

My crew is seven licensed electricians and three apprentices. No subs. No warm bodies from Craigslist. Every person who shows up at your house has been with me at least three years. That's the culture I wanted to build, and it's what I've got.

Upgraded from 100-amp to 200-amp service so I could install a Tesla Wall Connector. Nate's team pulled the permit, coordinated with TECO, did the panel swap in a single day. Inspector approved it on the first visit. Cleanest panel I've ever seen — every breaker labeled, every wire loom tucked. Would recommend to anyone.

1942 Seminole Heights bungalow. Still had original knob-and-tube in the attic. Watt & Co. did a full rewire — whole house, new panel, all new outlets and switches — over a week and a half. Minimal drywall damage. Their patch guy Carlos even matched the plaster texture. Felt like a custom job, not a rip-out.
